Citizen ship Amendment Bill or (CAB) Secular or Communal

These days this is the hottest topics in India and abroad about India. So interestingly what is so special about this bill. Well if you have actually gone through the bill or will go through it in the future you will be amazed that it is very simple. Contrary to the miss-conceptions around it is not against any religious groups. It does have special provisions for the religious minorities of 3 countries namely Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan and the number of minority groups are 6 ! amazing isn't it where 6 religious groups are included that bill is tagged as communal, well anyway that is  for later.
Now lets first talk about the points that ppl are raising against CAB and sometimes CAB in conjunction with NRC and then we will counter them categorically.
So first CAB individually.
1) CAB is anti Muslims and will effect the citizenship status of Indian Muslims
2) It discriminates against Muslims in India
So to understand the error in these assumptions we need to know the salient points of CAB
Citizenship Amendment Bill is a just an amendment to the Citizenship act 1995 amended in 2005 and yet again now in 2019
CAB simply adds special provision to the status of illegal immigrants from only 3 countries and I will stress upon the point "only 3 countries" because this point will play a crucial role in the explanation of the future arguments.
Now what are the provisions.
1)  Any migrant from the countries stated Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan if belongs to    the following minority groups Hindu, Sikh, Parsi, Buddhist, Jain or Christian will be granted immediate citizenship of India
2) Citizen ship will be granted on fast track basis even if they do not have sufficient documents which is obvious because many of them were illegal migrants escaping religious prosecution in the mentioned countries.
3) This act is not applicable to muslim Migrants from these countries.
So no where this act talk about the existing citizens of India. So this effecting the existing citizens is a myth and propaganda don't fall for it.
Why this act it not Communal or against the idea of secularism as perceived and propagated by many ppl ?
For this we need to have some knowledge of the following topics:
1) History of Indian subcontinent.
2) Population statistics of Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and India since their inception.
3) Treatment of Minorities
4) State religion
5) Rights of Religious Minorities.
I will not go much into History as modern ppl consider it to be redundant and inconsequential in modern times so will give just few points.
1) Afghanistan was a Buddhist country before invasion of Arabs in 8th century. By 1970 the Hindu and Sikh population was 7,00,000 and today it is estimated to be around 3,000 combined.
2) Population of Hindus in Pakistan post Independence and after the migration was 24% (East and West Pakistan) now it stands at 1%
3) During the creation of Bangladesh the population of Hindus was 15% now it is less than 8%
*I am not giving stats of other communities because Hindus are the largest Minority groups in these countries so you can imagine what will be the state of the other groups.
Now talking about the prosecution:
All the three countries namely Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan are declared Muslim countries and treat non Muslims residents as 3rd class citizens which are governed by sharia laws, which are not very friendly to non Muslims.
For example Non Muslims do not have voting rights and if they do i.e Pakistan then that is only an eyewash because they can vote only in specified constituencies and cannot fight election or vote in any other constituencies. Blasphemy law in Pakistan is used to prosecute Minorities and is punishable by death in most of the case. Kidnapping and forced conversion of minority women and girls is a common practice in all the three countries. I don't even want to discuss laws in Afghanistan because there are none. In Bangladesh the situation is slightly better but not much.
All this is just to give a floating Idea of the prosecution Minorities faces in these countries.
So in a nutshell the above paragraphs covers the basic background of the Indian subcontinent in terms of Minority treatment.

Back to CAB. :

CAB is created to primarily providing respite to these Minority groups as like it or not India is the natural home and place of origin of Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, Sikhism and inclusion of Parsis and Christians shows that this is an inclusive bill as these two are not of Indian origin but we still care.
Just a short note: Jews are not added in this bill because they already have a country to go to which will accept them unconditionally and that is Israel.
Now why Muslims of these three countries are not included in this Bill because believe it or not all three Pakistan,Bangladesh and Afghanistan are declared Islamic countries governed by sahriya law and have overwhelming Muslim majority population hence Muslims are not prosecuted there in the name of religion. Although there are multiple sects and then there is sectarian violence and at times discrimination but not religious prosecution. So we are not bound to take responsibility of their own infighting. Also every Muslim sects have an Islamic country of there own where they have majority over other sects for example. Iran is predominantly Shiya and Saudi is Sunni and so on. So they have practically 50 options of Islamic countries and multiple European countries which are dolling out refugee cards and benefits for Muslims.
In this bill other countries like China, Srilanka, Myanmar, Indonesia, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan are not included which means any body coming from these countries have to go through normal procedure for obtaining Indian citizenship and no special privileges are provided in these terms as it is considered that these religious groups are not in danger or prosecuted in these countries on the basis of their religion. So any illegal immigrant from these countries will be treated as illegal immigrant and will be deported back.
On the other hand the only country close by to which these prosecuted Minorities can look upto is India the only Hindu majority country in the world which matters and have the resources to sustain them and Most importantly is willing to accept them.
This bill does not effect citizen ship of any person who is already a citizen of India by legal means that includes every Indian citizen and to make ppl happy that includes Muslims as well.
As a Matter of fact neither CAB nor NRC will have any impact on the existing citizen.
Also it is not discriminatory on the basis of religion but it does bifurcate on the basis of combination of Nationality and religion which is very logical because if we have to accept Pakistani and Bangladeshi Muslims at large then we should as well occupy these two countries and give every body Indian citizenship.

Now somebody raised a concern based on a hypothetical scenario based on the combined effect of CAB and NRC lets discuses that.
So the argument is:
If you're Hindu, Christian, Sikh, Jain etc and can't find documents, you become illegal immigrant under NRC but because of CAB you will get citizenship anyway. But .......... if you are a Muslim you lose land rights and voting rights immediately. Now you are property-less, vote-less and country-less. Where do you live? Well, govt will be constructing detention camps( look up the camps in Assam, you'll cry). Also can't get jobs or go to other countries because you are now passport-less.
All hail New India.
Now Answer:
First of all the argument of not finding the papers. Well thanks to Mamta Di Di almost every illegal immigrant have Adhara and voter id card due to her vote bank politics. Also paper checking it the preliminary method of identification and citizenship identification is a very thorough process. Govt. of India has already talked to Govt. of Bangladesh and they have agreed to take back all the illegal Bangladeshi immigrants for which India can provide sufficient proof. Also in the initial NRC out of 19 lakh ppl who were not able to provide sufficient documents 14 lakh were Hindus and only 4 lakh were Muslims but no one was deported as it was considered that preliminary paper check cannot be the basis of citizenship identity, so administration is not fool they will involve security agencies and will put a plan in place.
And illegal immigrants from Bangladesh has emerged as a big threat to National security as demography of many boarding districts have changes due to continuous infiltration which is a very dangerous trend in an electrol democracy like India. Tomorrow an illegal Bangladeshi can become CM of Bengal or Assam then have you imagined the level of security breach. These reports and recommendations were identified even by the congress govt.s during 1990's but due to their political agendas they never implemented the recommendations by their own Ministers.
Also we need to consider the reasons of migration. Where communities like Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jain, Christians, Parsies are migrating to India to escape religious prosecution the Muslims from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan are migrating to take benefits which Indian state provides to Minorities under different schemes of Center and State govt. from reservation in education to jobs and houses and BPL facilities which are for the poor Indian citizens are shared by these illegal immigrants. Not to forget they eat into the special facilities and reservations which are put in place for the Muslims in India who are Indian citizens.  They also indulge in crimes as this is very easy for them as their papers are fake so they can very easily dispose their identity and run back to their own country if things go wrong and then their is espionage. because all the three countries have been hostile towards India at some point or the other and Pakistan is in a constant state of war with India.
Now illegal immigrants becoming landless, jobless, passports well they are illegal immigrants and are illegaly occupying these commodities so definitely they will loose these things as will be deported to their country of origin where they can rightfully demand these things.
As far as detention camps are concerned. Detention camps are definitely not a pleasant place in any country but are required for detaining large number of people and illegal immigrants are in hundreds and thousands in India. Also when Supreme Court have rejected the plea against these camps because Supreme Court itself have may times in the past instructed the governments to tackle the menace of illegal immigration. So let us not be the judge of something which is already Judged by SC of India unless we have a better idea of managing the situation and logistics related to it.
So in a nutshell CAB and NRC combination does not go against the principal of Indian state of secularism( which by the way was not a part of original Indian constitution and was added in 1975)
Also India any by and large Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists are naturally secular we do not need to explain to the world as since the time immemorial India has assimilated every culture in herself despite the atrocities they have committed here.
Even former Prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh talkd in Rajya Sbha during his tenure on the urgent need to protect the prosecuted Minorities in neighboring countries and sending away the illegal immigrants. The only difference is previous governments did identified the problem and its solution as well but for personal gains never acted upon them where as the current government takes swift and decisive action.
The current govt. has done more substantial work for Minorities than any other govt. of the past. This govt has solved the problems which other wise considered as unsolvable by the people. So as an Indian I am proud of My Prime Minister and Home Minister they are doing a fabulous job.

As far as Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Christians are concerned yes they will be granted citizenship because the whole purpose of CAB is this. Also while making this argument about humanity, secularism and tolerance the persons forgets that the Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Christians and Parsies migrated to India to escape prosecution
So talking about humanity, secularism and human rights is very good this is what keeps us human but things cannot be looked at from one dimension
 only. In state craft some times emotions should be controlled and practical realities should be considered. Also avoiding miss-information is equally important as no one have a clue as to how the govt. will proceed with the identification of illegal immigrants but ppl are assuming the worst as they did during the removal of article of 370 and Ayodhya verdict. Prediction was that there will be blood bath but amazingly not even a single bullet was fired by Indian security forces and transition occurred peacefully.

As a foot note I want to add couple of lines for those who are too worried for secularism.

Secularism is not only about Muslims or safeguarding their special rights.
Other communities also need safeguard from prosecution in Islamic countries which is largely ignored even by UNHRC.
We as Bhartiya believe in "Vasudave Kutumbkam" and have proven it yet again by standing up for those who are forgotten by UN, US and Europe and even by their own brothers and sisters who are so vehemently opposing and criticizing the Citizenship Amendment Bill which is a beacon of hope for those tortured minorities Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afganistan. Please look up for situation of Hindus in pakistan you will cry.

RAPIST IS WALKING FREE! ARE WE REALLY A CIVILIZED COUNTRY ???

Most brutal rapist in India will walk free on Sunday after just 3 years in a juvenile justice center. Not because there was lack of evidence, not because prosecution was weak. Because our leaders, politicians specially congress finds it more important to disrupt the parliament to purse their agenda of not letting the Govt. elected by the people to work for the people because this time they are not in power so they will not let anything good happen. So the improved juvenile justice act. was not passed because these intolerant insensitive politicians didn't let the parliament work.
Tragedy is that the guy who as per the court's observation showed highest level of brutality in raping and killing nirbhaya will not get his punishment because his age was 17 years 10 when he committed the crime and our current law says that because of those 2 months he was a minor hence he did not have the clear perspective of right or wrong. My question is had he committed the crime after 2 months he would have had a better prescriptive.................... unbelievable.
Today I want to know what is the importance of a written constitution and law, are they suppose to act like a guiding principals of our society to show the path the right direction and we are suppose to find the right decision in that direction based on our better judgement of the current situation or are these laws are written to followed like a blind slave a zombi following the text not in principle but in plain text execution........................... we are humans we have the ability to judge the situation as they are and act on them based on our wisdom, conscience and not of men lived 60 years before us we know that this case needed an exceptional judgement because this was an unprecedented crime an exception should have been made to hang the bastards all of them minor no minor irrespective.
Rape is not a crime of impulse or instance person committing this crime is always fully aware of what he is doing and why he is doing it it's a crime for sick pleasure and no excuse can be given for it. and to our misfortune such a heinous crime is take so lightly. The rape of Nirbhaya was so brutal that it exceeds all limits. Had this rape be committed to a girl of a prominent political family and we have many such families in our country would the criminal would still be alive leave alone walking free answer is a BIG NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but these families walk around with NSG commandos and police protection so such arimes are not there problem if they catch a cold they run to USA for treatment so they make fun of the misery of common man. ......................... BUT I AM SURE JUSTICE WILL BE DONE IF NOT BY MAN THEN BY GOD. And then not just those who committed the crime will suffer but also those who were responsible for delivering justice but failed to do so will suffer the same.

How ODD is this even

So Arvind Kejriwal is going for odd/even formula for cars and this idea he has copied from Beijing.
When Bejing implemented this idea they made sure that their public transport system is upgraded completely to handle the commuters influx in the city. They did proper research and study which included administrative and infrastructure capacity then did a feasibility study and then in a proper manner they implemented it with full preparation.
Enforcement in communist China has never been a problem so that is not a problem for them in any ways.
On the other side here in New Delhi Arvind Kejriwal no doubt is of communist mindset but he has failed to understand that he is not running a autocratic govt. like China. So here are few basic question which are bugging me if anyone who thinks this is a good idea would care to answer i will be very thankful.
1) Is Delhi's already overcrowd public transport systems like DTC and DMRC have been upgraded to meet the increased influx of commuters?
2) Delhi police is already short in sanctioned manpower by 50% is it prepared to enforce and handle this kind of law and under what part of traffic rules will they book the violation.
3) Is there any clarity on whether this rule will be applicable on vehicles with registration number other than Delhi and what about the private taxis.?
4) Is there any plan to regulate auto and taxi fares which will skyrocket due to the increased numbers of commuters and lack of alternatives?

There are many other complexities other than this but these are the few to begin with and once these are answered we can move on to others.
Other than these technical problems there are social problems as well, today Delhi Govt. has announced exemption for women from this rule well given the women security record of Delhi I would say its a good decision but on the other hand the growing exemption list will be the very reason which will defeat the very purpose of this whole exercise....................... In my opinion this is another one of AK's marketing ops as he want to be seen as a person who is trying to do something so all those who are elated just by the thought of his noble intentions and less than futile attempts kindly stop and think over it because there are people who are doing some real work and thinking to sove the very problem by practical means which are suited better to a democratic setup rather than borrowing ideas from communists.

Lessons India Needs to Learn From Seriyan Crisis

Why almost every country which has stakes in global geopolitics is involve in some way or the other in the seriyan conflict. Mention of U.S.A specifically is a waste of time I think because since after world war that is one country which in the root of every conflict directly or in directly and reasons and conditions of their involvement is no longer a secret.
                  However involvement of Russia is indeed a bold move by Putin and it will have far reaching effects in time to come. Russian involvement has acted as a game changer to so far an orchestrated war on terror like activity by U.S and its western allies has turned into a real war on terror.  Although it is hard to tell what kind of terror Americans are fighting because American argument of removing Assad because he is a tyrant dictators is like alligator saying that he is going vegetarian. U.S.A has a long history of supporting dictators(Saddam Hussain, Ayub Khan, Yayha Khan, Pervez Musshraf etc etc.) and Monarchies like Saudi Arabia which are quite brutal in their conduct of governance. So it is quite clear that Americas call for human right rises in countries and against the regimes which act opposite to American agenda. The whole so called Arab spring is in itself is a classic example of this where every govt. or dictator was toppled in the name of democracy with the help of U.S.A but amazingly every time the rebel group was a hardliner jihadi group like muslim brother hood in Egypt and yet America present it self as the champion of anti terror war and ironically every one believes that.
                          Rise of ISIS in itself is pretty amazing, one day a rebel group among many groups fighting in seriya next day worlds richest most powerful and fearsome terror group controlling a one third of Iraq and half of Seriya. A group so brutal that it make Al-Quida look like a band of boys. ISIS fighters are trained like U.S paratroopers and navy seals capable of routing State Armies armed with Tanks, Helicopter Gunships and Missiles. All this clearly could not happen in a day or even 10 years unless a major world power is providing the funds weapons and training and given the facts that ISIS arsenals of weapons contains more American weapons than Russian and the its expansion of territory even after the claimed Air campaign that U.S and its allies are conducting since last 4 years its pretty amazing that they are still capturing towns after towns and cities after cities, something seems fishy specially when after the involvement of Russia the same group is on the run so either Russians better fighters then Americans or Americans were not even fighting ISIS.
                          Now in the backdrop of this information we need to think that what every one is doing In Seriya. U.S  is there for another puppet state like Iraq and Afganistan and it has with the involvement of Russia has now became a matter or pried of the worlds only superpower.
Whats in it for Russia??? After the fall of Iraq Assad is the only Russian ally in that region, Its like a gateway to Russia and It's fall will means the end of Tatrus Naval base of Russia and hence any Russian Military presence in middle east. Now it woulden't have been such a big issue has Russia and west have been on a cordial note as they were a few years ago but since the annexation Creamea things are different now U.S determination to dominate Russia in its own neighborhood and treat it like a third world country and Russia's willingness to regain the lost pride and position in Global power play has changed the situation.
                        In short we can say that every country is fighting for their pride and position trying to keep the battle field away from their own borders and safeguarding their peoples interest before any one else's.
                      You must be wondering what India can take away from all this. There is a lot, for instance we need to learn that we need to fight for our country and safe guard our national interest first and than think about the stability of Pakistan. We need to take the battle away from our boundaries to the door steps of our enemies and so far we have done just the opposite we fight in side our boundaries. Most of all we need to have goals which we want to achieve and then a plan short term and long term both to achieve that a strategy a policy to act upon which we do not have. We are not even clear if we want the whole Kashmier or just the part we control, do we really want our land back from China or we just want to defend what we have so that China cannot take any more.
On the other hand our opponents have clear objective, Pakistan want whole of Kashmier and China wants whole of Arunanchal Pradesh and they are relently perusing their agenda improveing their strategies through trial and error testing new tactics every year, and unfortunately to a large extent they are successful. So we need to learn the game of geopolitics and shed the pacifism of Nehru era which was disastrous for us then and is even today we need to proactively start acting like a regional superpower taking responsibilities creating an sphere of influence in our neighborhood and we most definitely should not let small countries like Srilanka, Nepal, Bangladesh and Maldievs threaten us this reflect very badly on India and most definitely we should ensure that India have significant influence over these countries Govt. and policies that's the only way we can secure our boundaries.
We should learn to use our gigantic armed forces for effect because 1.3 million strong army if not used for power projection is nothing but a big waste of money and man power which we cannot afford so we should use this strong army, formidable navy and effective airforce for power projection and as an instrument to achieve our nonstrategic goals in near far.
We must remember that in war winning is everything.             

Drama+Anarchy + Dharna = Arvind Kejriwal

This new act of disrespect of constitution of India and law and order by Arvind Kejriwal is clearly because of certain reasons which are clearly evident in the wake of recent loaksabha election...........................
After been defeated collectively by people even though every party concentrated their firepower on Narendra Modi all the parties were left with only speculative allegations as new Govt. has not started its full function just yet so when all the parties were busy regrouping for their coming assault on Narendra ModI as prime minister. Arvind Kejriwal initiated his Delhi vidhan sabha campaign in trade mark style of creating a controversy as he need something to start a dharna    to kick start his election campaign as with the victory of Narendra Modi and crushing defeat of AAP in Delhi even Arvind Kejriwal was left with no doubts that there is a Modi wave and if in current situation he will go for elections he will face yet again a crushing defeat in his former strong hold.
                           Kejriwal's move is not a random move but a very thoroughly calculated move, he knows that in Delhi there is a big lot of youngsters who are not so well aware of legal procedures and are moved by emotions more than practical approach so he decided to play victim even though he is not a victim but an arrogant anarchist who believes in "my way or the highway" kind of attitude because in this case of defamation when in court asked him to present any proof or argument in support of his claims that Nitin Gadkari is corrupt he was silent so court asked him to sign a bail bond which is a standard procedure as he stands accused in that case because it is a case filled against him however showing his disregard for court he denied to do that and then according to standard procedure court send him to jail in judicial custody till 23rd may now in this incidence who has done any wrong doing against him  . He knows very well that if there is any chance of him to even partially gain his lost ground in Delhi then it depends upon how successfully he can mobilize the emotional section of the population so by doing that he will have a good chance to become a respectable second in Delhi which will save his otherwise drowned career in politics. This is an unnecessary drama done to grab media attention and to blame it on BJP as i have seen many AAP members blaming BJP govt. which is not yet officially functional and not to forget that in Delhi Lt. Governor is calling the shots as of now coz there is no Govt.
                       Kejriwal is forgetting one thing though that people of Delhi have had first hand experience of his drama and dharna tactics and they have rejected it in Loak Sabha election and will reject it again in Vidhan Sabha.   

SEEK THE TRUTH BEFORE BELIEVING A PROPAGANDA OF AAP AGAINST NARENDRA MODI

Recently i came across a new propaganda campaign of AAP it was amazing to see the capacity of the people to get fooled by false allegations as no one bothers to cross check that whether there is any substantial fact behind the claim or not....................... for example the recent attacks on Modi's Gujraat development model by AAP supporters is based on the debt of Gujraat they are giving some very high numerical figures in terms of overall debt and also in the breakup of per capita debt or debt revenue ratio or debt percentage with respect to GDP of the state these are all few reference ratios and as we all know economy is not as absolute as science or mathematics because everything is referential. 

So keeping that in mind we need to analyse the situation with a vigilant mind and keep a clear reference frame in this article it will be debt to development however before proceeding to that i will shed some light on some of the ratios mentioned above for the sake of comparison at later stages.

1) According to planning commission  in 2001-02,the public debt of Gujarat was 38.78% of GSDP. There is is a steady decline in debt over the years and the Budget Data shows that revised estimates of Public Debt for 2012-13 was at 19.93% of GSDP. Debt.

 The Interest payment on the debt as a percentage of revenue receipts also has been on a constant decline, from 26.82% in 2004-05 to 14.52% in 2012-13.

2) The ratio of total public debt as a percentage of total revenue receipts is considered to be one of the parameters for evaluating the sustainability of debt. As per the review of Fiscal Reform Facility by Ministry of Finance (MoF), a benchmark of 3 for this ratio indicates that the State is highly stressed in terms of debt and debt servicing. In case of Gujarat the total debt to total revenue receipts is showing a declining trend indicating an improved debt sustainability of the State, This ratio dropped from 2.86 in 2004-05 to 1.83 in 2012-13 emphasizing that Gujarat’s debt is well sustainable.

3) And as we are discussing Gujraat so critically  it would be interesting to examine the situation at the center. The Public debt of the Central Government was an astronomical Rs 44, 68,714 crore, or 49.8% of the GDP. In contrast Gujarat’s public debt was Rs 1, 38,978 crore or 19.93% of GDP. An IMF Report estimated India’s debt to GDP Ratio as 68.05%, thus making it the highest among the BRIC countries. Further, High debt to GDP ratio tends to dampen the credit worthiness of our economy. Viewing its increasing debt, Fitch had cut India’s outlook to negative from stable in the recent past. 

Well after i reached mid-way of my discussion i realized that I never heard Arvind Kejriwal or any of his supporters criticizing central Govt on these technical issues in such detail as they are trying on Modi and Gujraat Model of Development................................. 
Any ways these were few points on which economy is judged normally small technical details of which most of the public is mostly unaware ................... now i will come to the main comparison.............................................

External Debt is the debt that a Govt. owns to the  creditors outside the country i.e Govt. of other countries, corporate houses based in other countries or a non residential individual.

  The idea behind this comparison must been clear to those who have in depth knowledge of economy. The point is if debt is the criteria to refute the development then how come the countries in above two lists are in both the lists simultaneously on more or less the same ranking it is impossible by the logic of AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal because according to him there is no development in Gujraat as there is so much debt on Gujraat so according to him there is absolutely no development in USA or UK or JAPAN for that reason ................................... but unfortunately(for AAP supporters) Arvind Kejriwal is not an authority on this issue( thanks to God).

                              However it does not means that debt is a guarantee  of development, no not at all. But we need to understand that money when invested properly gives profit and it doesn't matter if it's your or its a loan and if you can make enough profit to pay back the interest and debt by using it wisely debt will no longer be a liability it will become a tool to expand the operational capability of the organization as we have seen in the new liberalized economy.   

           Gujraat to it's credit have devised a brilliant development model by improvising on an already tested model over the years which is way much better than its western counterparts............................................................ SO DON'T FALL PREY TO FALSE PROPAGANDA LOOK FOR THE TRUTH YOUR SELF.

FOR THOSE WHO SAY NARENDRA MODI IS COMMUNAL

"Lets defeat Communal Politics - Lets defeat Narendra Modi." this statement in itself showcase the bias thought process of those who are opposing Narendra Modi as Narendra Modi is only 12 years old in active politics and BJP is only 25 years.
                      Community cast and religion based politics is very old in India and dirtiest phase was initiated by the British and was carried forward by congress and muslim league itself.Inclusion of the  the word "SECULAR"  in the preamble was a part of the same communal politics which self acclaimed secular people hate so much.................... there was no need to highlight any such word as India was a secular state from the beaning and was not declared as a hindu or islamic state like pakistan and that was pricisily the reason that those learned gentlemen who framed the most extensive and inclusive constitution of the world chose not to specifically highlight this phenomenon as they knew the repercussions  ................................. talking of Narendra Modi  i just want to say one thing that whatever his ideologies are he is doing a marvelous job as Gujraat is the only state which has seen 12 consecutive peaceful years without even a smallest communal clash and it's not like this is due to his fear had that been the reason we would have been seeing a large scale migration of muslim population from gujraat but there is no such thing happening the reason is that in gujraat rule of law prevails and there is no discrimination so everybody gets equal opportunity to do business and prosper  ............................ if you can't see that or decide to bypass this fact then my dear friend it would be hard for any logical person to believe the legitimacy of your claim. Last but not the least I am really surprised to see that when some one speak against Narendra Modi he/she gets a lots of attention irrespective of whether that person is a Hindu, Muslim or a Christian however when someone speaks in favor of Narendra Modi then reactions are different, for example:
1) If the person is a hindu he/she is tagged as communal and a right wing extremist .
2) If the person is christian/sikh/parsi he/she is tagged as biased or sold or uninformed. depending upon the        level of support.
3) If by chance the person is a muslim his/her statement or actions will be ignored overall by the self                 acclaimed secular people no tagging but no acknowledgement as well.
                   Amazing isn't it so my friends ponder over it and let me know your views.................... will be back soon with a new thought.
